If you do not have income tax witheld from your paychecks by an employer, you may have to submit quarterly estimated payments to Kentucky. You can use the four estimated tax vouchers included in Form 740-ES to mail your estimated payments to the Kentucky Department of Revenue - keep in mind that estimated tax payments cannot currently be electronically filed.
