Use this instructional booklet to help you fill out and file your 2012 M14 estimated income tax vouchers. Don't forget the due dates are: April 15 (first quarter), June 15 (second), Spetember 15 (third), and January 15 (fourth). Note: If you file your 2012 M1 by January 31, 2013, and pay the entire balance due, you do not have to make the fourth installment. For more information, see the Minnesota Income Tax page.
